FPA MENTORSHIP
Exciting news! We are currently working with The University of Alabama’s student FPA chapter to create a mentorship program. Starting this Fall, we’ll be pairing interested members with students who are pursuing financial planning. Responsibilities include an initial phone call or zoom and touchpoints throughout the semester. This is a great way to connect with the upcoming generation of planners and help answer their questions about the industry.
After we identify the mentee/mentor match, you will receive an email with contact information and other useful tips for a successful experience.

Why FPA Supports the CFP® Certification
“FPA works to serve the public by identifying ways consumers can find a competent, ethical financial planner. The CFP® mark represents the standard of education and ethics consumers should be able to expect from a financial planner. By supporting a single credible mark we can accelerate public recognition and acceptance of financial planning.” (Financial Planning Association website)
